Diver's Notes

First dive back since COVID Quarantine from Thailand in March/April. Dived with Peter and Georgie and Elizabeth with Kerry as Dive Master. The weather was bright and sunny and the entry/exits were really easy this time - no swell to knock us about. Liz was using her dry suit in earnest and it worked a treat.
I was using the action cam with red filter and lamp which proved disastrous - the lamp invalidated the need for the red filter so EVERY shot came out red or various shades of pink. Liz and Kerry and Georgie saw plenty of nudies but there was also a fair amount of life out there of the bigger variety too - Grouper, Rays, Old Wives, etc. One dive was enough though, cos the water temp was pretty cool (17/18 degrees), and we figured it would be better to grab a pie at East Lynne and get home in time to clean gear and head to work next day, rather than have another cold dive and rush home to beat the dark.
