Diver's Notes

This was Dive #3 of the PADI Wreck Course. Here we penetrated the wreck, navigated multi-levels, multi-penetration, multi-turn, and practised line laying and retrieval.
Liz was the lead diver in our buddy group and I was the line follower. Inevitably got a bit tangled up, mostly fins, but also managed to snag the occy on a line. Disentangled OK and completed the dive requirements.
Conditions today were a bit choppier than yesterday and hanging on the mooring line and subsequent getting back into the boat and trip back to shore meant I was a little "green around the gills" for a while after the dive. Did recover (mostly) in time for second dive.
Also today discovered I'd left my gloves back at the accommodation so today was a gloves-free day - a bit more careful about where I put my hands/fingers on the wreck.

This was the last 'required' dive before gaining "Wreck Diver" cert - yay!

Super-Steel Tank this dive so dropped 4lb (off the trim pouches) - STILL sank like a stone on entry - bloody heavy tank BUT so much air (260 bar)!! - even I didn't need that much.
