A fantastic start to the holiday with a memorable first dive. This dive shop is much busier than Reef Oasis Blue Bay, with many Italian families around. We met two ladies, Hayley and Vera, who have dived all over the world. Hayley had a leaking BCD, but Wilson organized a new BCD and cylinder for her.
We dived with Stephano as our guide and had a trainee Dive Master with us. The trainee DM was very enthusiastic and suggested that Wilson and I adjust our BCDs as they are sitting to high, we just blanked him.
There were eight of us on the dive, all advanced divers with more than 50 logged dives, which made for a smooth and enjoyable experience. Vera spotted a stonefish, highlighting the importance of keeping an eye out for well-camouflaged marine life.
