Diver's Notes

First dive just Wilson and I, so nice doing our own thing. The entry and exit for this site is the same - surface swim to the buoy (watching for boat and air traffic), then descending the shot line and the reciprocal on the way back to the jetty.
Swam over some Titan Trigger Fish (BIG MISTAKE) one of them nipped me on the knee. Found out afterwards that they are nesting near the buoy line. Will defo steer clear of them in the future. Headed North against the current. When we were at the wreck a giant eel came over the top of Wilson and into the wreck and then out through the bottom and up the reef to a safe piece of reef.
The exit was a nightmare. A Plane came in just as we were about 1/3 of the way across, had to head back to the buoy line to get out of the way, then when we eventually made it near the jetty the dive boat wanted to dock. They had to wait for us the swim was hard due to the rip current.
I am adding a kilo to my weight as I was far to buoyant at the end of the dive.
