2013-08-23 - The Eagle, Islamorada, FL, United States
32.9m - 32 min - Dived with Conch Republic Divers
My first night dive. I was tagged along with Guillermo, Maria-Elena, Mike White and Ellen White. Viz wasn't that great, wasn't able to see the second half. Saw a moray eel in the split and was able to see the rest of him by poking around a bulk head. Spotted a giant loggerhead turtle climbing up the side of the ship (inside). Made it to the sand.

33.8m - 27 min - Dived with Conch Republic Divers
This was my second dive on the Eagle. It was also Diane's first dive. Viz was a lot better than the night before and we were able to see both halves of the ship. It was pretty cool floating up under the smoke stack and being able to see what it was :) The most non-awesome part of this dive was the giant moon jelly i got straight on the face as I was climbing back on the boat. My lips were swollen, my forehead was full of welts. Luckily I had that sting zap stuff.

12.2m - 40 min - Dived with Conch Republic Divers
Pretty fun little reef. Killed my first lion fish (officially) and removed his barbs. Did get a small prick in my finger but it had very little effect on me (luckily!). Diane helped carry my lobster snare though she was a bit horrified as I removed the lion fish spines. Saw two big nurse sharks and a few snappers and hog fishes. Back on the boat, Tyler filleted the lion fish and everyone had fresh sashimi! When I threw the carcass over the side of the ship, apparently it was quite a show down below. The two nurse sharks supposedly circled it and eventually ate it.
2013-08-24 - Benwood Wreck, Key Largo, FL, United States
22.9m - 42 min - Dived with Conch Republic Divers
The Benwood was pretty cool. Lots of life and corals. Mike White took us down to a wall. At the bottom of the wall was a giant goliath grouper. He just chilled there while we watched and took pictures. On the way back I saw a giant crab hiding in a hole.
2013-08-24 - Molasses Reef, Key Largo, FL, United States
11.6m - 66 min - Dived with Conch Republic Divers
Molasses reef was the coolest most alive reef I've ever seen. Besides all of the swim throughs, the coolest part was the giant goliath that hung around under the boat that seemed to be in love with Henry. He would let us pet him, and swim around with us, it was really cool.

Beautiful wreck, and apparently it was a perfect day for it. Worked ourselves down the line behind Mike and Ellen. When we got onto the top deck, Diane panicked and called the dive. When we got to the boat, Guillermo and Marielena were suiting up and I tried to go down with them. Unfortunately, she had trouble equalizing and again the dive was called.
2013-08-25 - Us Coastguard Cutter Duane, Key Largo Fl, United States
33.8m - 29 min - Dived with Conch Republic Divers
The Duane was fun. It's a long skinny wreck and we went from bow to stern and back up and down the line. The current was stronger so hanging on to the line at the end was harder. There were a ton of divers waiting, working their way up and I got a bunch of cool pictures. There was another goliath grouper off the port side of the ship and saw a few moray eels. Did a swim through or two which was cool. It seemed to be the radio room that we swam through.
