Diver's Notes

Merry Christmas. 4th dive on Osprey Reef.
Another drift dive, the tender took us out and dropped us several hundred metres from the boat.
The current was ripping through so we quickly dropped to 20m where the current was not as strong.
Drifted along the wall, grey reef sharks below, tuna coming in from the blue and darting back out again, with trevally cruising around in pairs.
The drift had pretty much finished in 20 mins, so we spent the next 15 mins going into a swim through that was just a hole, then headed back up the line to the boat.
A big humphead maroi wrasse stalked us during our safety stop with a medium sized cod also watching with interest.
Now all packed up, great diving on Osprey reef with perfectly calm sea conditions.
A tick for my bucket list Osprey Reef dive.
