Diver's Notes

Nitrox cylinders were not available at this time so we used air. This marked our initial self-guided dive of the vacation, with me assuming the lead. I provided a thorough briefing, emphasizing safety procedures and the dive plan. Which was to enter at the jetty, ensure we were OK to descend and then find the clown fish. After a photo op with the clownfish we proceeded west along the reef at a leisurely pace just taking in the life of the reef. When we turned around we came across a huge starry puffer just sleeping on the sand and then we encountered a beautiful sea turtle, it gracefully swam by, seemingly unfazed by our presence.
