Diver's Notes

Planned deep dive to 50m descended with group, went to depth and returned to group.
Issue with buddy who was on first dive. Turned out not done deep course but dived to 40m with group and had dived that deep before.
Went to 40m, he waited while i went to 50m and returned., then he ascended to 30M, so I followed. He than ascended to 22m his tank was already at 70 bar not long into the dive. I alerted to DM that he was unhappy and ascending and that I would stay with him. Signalled I had SMB and would go with him. As I ascended he was already heading to the surface. He ascended before I got back to him. I did a safe ascent but also put up the SMB and followed Mark. He was swimming above and in front of me so I tried to keep up so there would at least be an SMB near him. He reached the boat and got out. I made sure I had cleared my computer and exited.
