Diver's Notes

Excellent dive. First time diving inside of a real cave. Strong currents on this dive site. Entered the water by giant stride from dive boat. Boat was positioned about 200' from the center point between the two islets. The water was crystal clear and there was a lot of coral growth on the rocks. We followed along the wall between 30-40' in depth. We were travelling in the wrong direction and had to turn around and swim against the current to the cave opening at around 50' in depth.

The cave was fairly large. The walls of the cave had a few lobsters crawling in the pukas. We explored all the way inside the cave and then came back out. We ascended on the buoy line and did a 3 minute safety stop.
