Diver's Notes

Wrench Rock Dive #1 - It was my first California diving and I’ve been worried about the cold but I was surprisingly fine the entire dive. I didn’t get cold at all. My tank started out at 3k psi and I finished up at 1,200. Mark was using a dry suit so he was definitely not effected by the cold though he didn’t stay down longer than 30 minutes. I had splashed in but had to add some additional weight due to the 7mm wetsuit I had on. It was wonderful swimming in the kelp forest which was quite beautiful. We saw a few sting rays and tons of Urchins. The visibility was about 40-45 feet.
