Diver's Notes

Jill 86
12 lbs was good for me.
Jill was ok with 12lbs, but said 10 would have been better. She was not wearing a wetsuit just the waterlust skin.

I may have to redo my opinion of Molokini now because both of these dives were great. We saw a large pod of large spotted dolphins on the way over and they were playful. As soon as we descended we saw an octopus out hunting. He inked us, then hid under a rock, then came out again, went down to the sand, changed color from red to white in the blink of an eye and then scooted under some coral. Was amazing to watch. Saw a few eels and a small Fire Dart Fish that the guide said was very rare.

Had new dive guide, Zeke, who was very young, but very knowledgeable. Bonnets were able to go snorkeling with us, so was a good morning on the boat.
