We are participating today in the startup contest Techcrunch Disrupt. Support Diveboard by voting for us!
Couldn't do the Corsair wreck due to strong south swell, so moved to the LCU wreck. A purpose-sunk WWII landing craft that was upside down, so you could swim through and explore underneath. Very strong current in first 30 feet of depth that got stronger when we surfaced, so that it was very difficult to complete your safety stop as the current was pulling your mask from your face and causing your regulator to purge. Tough to hold onto the line. Cool dive.
Saw a shark and a ray.
Used 14lbs. Should try 12 next time.
Not impressed with Waikiki Dive Center. Shitty process, shitty boat, no roll call.
