Diver's Notes

So pleased to actually get out for some proper diving in the UK this season.... worried about how much we would get with the weather.

Down the shot onto the bow and made our way back past the boiler, to mid-ships and a bit beyond (I think).

Viz was not particularly conducive to diving in a three but we didn't manage to lose each other (too much!). Lots of swim through areas and plenty of broken tiles scattered across the floor.... little else for scavenging.

Saw some absolutely whopping great pollack during the dive.

Nice long bottom time- most of it spent breathing my stage down (as it needs cleaning). Still felt very heavy on the dive but then not too bad during deco. Think I still had a load of gas in my wing though and my reel/DSMB weighs a small tonne underwater too.

All good prep for the Moldavia later in the summer :-)
