Diver's Notes

Similar to Closemon reef in structure, with a little less coral formation. Greeted by a very beautiful, large nurse shark shortly after jumping in. By the time I got to her, she decided to make her way out of the patch she was in, headed straight for me before cutting left and taking off across the sea floor. Elle was with me, and it's the first shark she's seen! She grabbed and darted behind me when the shark first turned toward us, but she found there was nothing to be afraid of...

Very cool start to this dive, and the rest did not disappoint. Other notable marine life included a Nassau grouper, a queen angel, and a queen triggerfish. Also saw another trumpet fish, and, again, no good photo!
